Return window
Most unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in resalable condition with all accessories and manuals included.
Non-returnable items
- Custom, special-order, or clearance items marked final sale
- Opened electrical components that cannot be safely restocked
- Items damaged by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modification
How to start a return
- Email [email protected] or call 929-215-1967 with your order number and reason.
- Wait for a Return Authorization (RA) and shipping instructions.
- Pack the item securely and include the RA reference.
- Ship with tracking. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal or credit card) within 5–10 business days after inspection. Original outbound shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
